筒子们,
我是Erasmus今年9月入学新生,我办好了出生公证书和外事办公室的外交认证,准备送领馆作领事认证前,因为不确定需要几份原件,发了邮件给学校的国际学生办公室,得到的回复是:
The rules for registering at city hall have recently changed, you do not need to bring along a legalised birth certificate. You can find the most up-to-date procedure here: http://www.eur.nl/english/essc/welcome/upon_arrival/cityhall/.
点开链接:
Important: it is not possible to register without any of the following documents, so make sure to bring them all with you to the City Hall!
The following documents are required to complete your registration:
  • A fully completed and signed registration form (download form)-make sure to complete the formprior to your appointment!
  • Valid passport or valid identity card (the original document plus a copy)
  • A rental contract and a tenancy agreement (download tenancy agreement) or declaration by the main occupant (‘verklaring van inwoning’ - download declaration) or a housing permit for those who do not live in accommodation provided by Stadswonen.
  • Your Dutch residence permit (non-EU/EEA students only)

Students from the Netherlands Antilles or Aruba have to show a proof of their deregistration from the Municipal Personal Records Database.

For your MVV application at the CG, you do not need to submit copies of legalized documents.
We do advice you to check with the city hall where you will register which legalized documents you need to submit.
Have you already checked with us whether we have received your positive advice?
Please inform us about your gender and date of birth.
For your MVV student visa, you prepare the following after we have checked whether we received your positive advice or not.
Also we will give you the appointment link in order to make the appointment after you know if we have received your positive advice.
-MVV applicationform
http://china.nlembassy.org/appendices/visa-forms/mvv-application-form-en.html
-two coloured passport pictures
http://china.nlembassy.org/appendices/visa-forms/photograph-guidelines-en.html
-original and copy passport and Chinese ID card

双认证这玩意儿是彻底退出历史舞台的节奏了吧?

Registration with the municipality
If you will stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, then you need to register with the local authorities (GBA).

Master’s students need a GBA extract (evidence of registration with the municipality) to complete registration at VU University Amsterdam. You will be asked to pay around €12 for this extract when registering. If you arrive on one of the arrival days, a representative of the municipality will be present to help you register.

After registration the municipality office will send a social security number (BSN) to your Dutch address.

Note: GBA registration is crucial for registration at VU University Amsterdam, for your residence permit, and for opening a bank account.

Required documents
Passport or European ID card.
Rental agreement for your Dutch address (if you do not have a rental agreement then you must bring a written statement of approval signed by the main tenant and a copy of his/her passport).
Birth Certificate (legalized)* - please note that is not required if you are arriving for a period of study or exchange of one year or less. If your birth certificate is not in Dutch, English, French or German, then you must supply a sworn translation into one of these languages.
Proof of enrolment at VU University Amsterdam.
Students who are married will also need to bring their marriage certificate (legalized)*.

* The legalization method depends on the respective country. The Dutch missions in other countries are responsible for legalizing foreign documents for use in the Netherlands. The documents must first have been legalized by the country’s own authorities, usually the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the document was issued.
