doing Ph.D requires a lot of reading and writing, if you even don't want to read such a 'short' paper, then I do suggest you don't even try to apply for a Ph.D position.

only one thing I need to remind, even it's called Doing Ph.D in Twente, but generally the role could be applied in every university/institute in Holland
