关于conditional admission letter

We are pleased to inform you that you have been conditionally accepted to this programme.
Final admission to the programme depends on receipt and approval of:
     -     Certified copy of your bachelor degree, translated in English;
     -     Certified copy of your academic transcript, translated in English;
     -     Certification of financial support.
After we have received and approved copies of your degree and transcript, we will send you cost indication and financial statement and further information.

拿到conditional admission letter 是不是就意味着把上述三个材料交齐就一定给正式的offer了？
另外Certification of financial support应该怎么办？

楼主申请的是哪个学校吖？我收到个邮件跟你的好像：We intend to offer your admission to the Master's programme you have applied for. You will receive your admission statement after we have received and validated certified copies of your diploma（if not graduate,graduation statement) and transcript.
这个也算是conditional offer吗？顺便问一句楼主现在大四吗？

我也是大四，去EUR的accounting。
eur给了个eur题头的graduation statement让拿去教务处盖章，还要成绩单，我们大四木有课，但是毕业论文算成绩的，这个成绩单开过去还是1-3年的，纠结的要死...

恩情况一样。应该是要等毕业拿完整的本科成绩单。慢慢等就是了

这样啊，我一直在担心因为大四没有课了会被拒掉....那岂不是要等到6月份太夸张了，毕业论文成绩6月份才会出吧

我收到admission officer的邮件回复了：
Indeed, after receipt and approval of certified copies degrees and transcript BSc and financial confirmation, you can be sure to attend the MSC program in Hydroinformatics in the year 2014-16.

还在吗？我想问一下我是递交材料的时候交的是我学校开具的在学证明，但是ese发邮件叫我补交graduation statement，但是我学校不给盖章。。。这可怎么办啊。。
