请问马大招生办是要我重新递一次资料的意思吗？

我之前已经在系统里按要求递交了资料，并且收到了邮件说
“Based on the information you provided, you are in principle admissible to the programme BA Economics and Business Economics for the coming academic year.”——来自Student Services Centre


然后我又收到SBE Admissions
Education and Exams Office
School of Business and Economics发来的邮件，说我一堆资料Not available，详细如下：
“We checked your application for the bachelor's programme in Bachelor Economics and Business Economics starting 2014. Before we can present your file to the Board of Admission, we will need a complete and correct file.

Below you can find the actual status of your file. All the documents which are not 'available and accepted' needs to be send and or send again.


Diploma:Not available
* Additional remark: None.

List of grades:  Not available
* Additional remark: None.

Copy Passport:  Not available
* Additional remark: None.


…………”


这是什么状况？就是前一个部门帮我移交到了审核的部门，现在需要我重新上传一次资料吗？还是说我的资料不对呢？护照都会不对？就是扫描件啊，疑惑ing…… 然后要重新递交的话，是在系统里重新上传吗？还是直接回email？没说清楚哦。

请先在系统里重新上传一遍所需的材料，然后回复邮件说明你已上传了所需的所有材料。上传的时候请注意格式，保存等细节

也就是说我收到的前面那封邮件并不算是我被录取的意思吗？

为了确保，你还是把收到的录取邮件附给SSC，再次确认一下。他们工作量比较大，有的时候会出一些差错。
