Yes, we received your approval from the IND in Holland. So you can come and
hand in your papers so we can prepare your visa.
What you need to bring is：
1) your passport,
2) the invitation from the University in Holland,
3) a copie from your Hukouben,
4) a  picture, a birthcertificate (gongzhengshu).
You can come from monday to thursday in the morning to hand in the papers.

顺便请教：
领签没有要求国际旅行健康证书，请问一下其他地方比如出、入关时还需要检查吗？

既然领签函上面没有要求体检证明,那你就不用准备啦!

出入关不检查体检证明的.

I am writing to inform you that your visa application has been
approved.
Please come to the consulate to pick it up with following documents:

--One completely filled in visa application form with attached one
   picture
--Valid passport plus copy
--Hukou plus copy
--Admission letter plus copy
--International travel  health certificate
--Legalized birth certificate plus copy
--Legalized marriage certificate plus copy
--Legalization Fee ( If you didn't do the consular legalize)
--Student Statement MVV form ( please see the attachment) :  Students
who
have been approved in the short procedure will need to  sign this form
stating that they will pay 250 euro within 30 days after arrival.
Please
complete this form and bring it with you when you come to apply the
visa .


Our Working time is from Monday to Thursday between 9:00am -11:30am.

双认证一定要做吗？要交多少钱啊？和我一起的同学说他没做，晕~

我是短期访问学者，不是读学位，所以可能不大一样

哦，领事馆说我一定要做的，可我和我同学是一批的，同一学校，同一学院，不过专业不同而已。。。。
