求助！邮寄材料的问题？

大家好，我被University of Groningen录取了，学校让我把成绩单的复印件邮寄过去，我邮寄过去后，学校给我发邮件说：
Although the copies of your bachelor diploma, master diploma and bachelor transcript are certified, the copy of your master transcript is not.It seems this documents was not printed and stamped afterwards, but before it was printed.
May we therefore ask you to send us a certified copy of your master transcript as well?
因为我只有一份原件，我是先把所有的文件扫描后，保存为PDF的形式，然后彩色打印出来的，他的e-mail说我的其他证件都合格，只有成绩单不合格，说成绩单的章不合格，为什么不合格呢？他让我再邮寄一份过去，请大牛们告诉我，我应该邮什么格式的比较正确呀？难道要把原件邮寄过去吗？因为是第一次申请，什么也不懂，请大家帮帮我，谢谢大家

去公证处办个公证，寄过去就可以l
