收到反签消息，几个问题请教。。！

1) Good news from this side. I got a message from the immigration services (IND) that the application of your stay here is approved.
Next step is that you have to apply for a permit for temporary stay (a so-called "MVV") at the Dutch embassy in Shanghai.
这是今天收到学校的email，这是不是说现在反签成功，可以到上海领取MVV了?

2) For this application you have to pay a fee of 250,- to the immigration services here in the Netherlands. I assume you have to do that at the moment you do the application of the MVV. Important!
领取签证时，250欧签证费需要当即支付吗，还是到了荷兰后在支付，看到其他帖子是说到了荷兰再付，不确定特此咨询一下。

3) An other question. Do you know where to stay here in Wageningen? If not let me know, we will arrange a room for you.
我是到Environmental Science Department 6个月的访问学习，要选些课上，住在哪儿比较合适，请大家推荐一下！ Asserpark如何？

4）上海咨询签证的电话多少啊，是网页上公布的021 6209 9076吗？现在什么材料都还没办，我是在读博士，访问学者身份去瓦大，到上海领MVV需要哪些手续啊？

其实没有这么复杂的，你就电话上海领事馆（需要比较有耐心等待接听），问你的签证到了没有就可以了。至于费用他们也会解释，他们说中文的：）
