thanks for info,but could you please clarify how to apply this one ?Maybe I can try more time .

You have to go to the peuterspeelzaals which have VVE program for application forms, normally you have to take your child there so that they can chat with him/her to confirm that your child indeed needs to take VVE program.

Because the VVE program is sponsed by the local gemeentes, three will be a long waiting list and only children older than 3 year with big problem in speaking Dutch will be accepted.
