急，学校和我说我没有房间！

我刚发信去问学校寄给我的信里面怎么没有附件2关于住宿的那张纸，学校回答我说
You do not have accomodation through us, that is why there is no enclosure 2 in
your package.
Your application came in after the deadline and we have no more rooms left.
What I can do is put you on the waiting list, you are number two so there might
be a chance that we can help you to a room, but there are no quarantees.

这是不是指我没房间呢，那我27号到了海牙，也是要流浪街头的咯，
奇怪来，我们寄学费的时候寄10000欧元，不是包括房租的么？

到底是怎么回事呀！
