Biostar Microtech Netherlands B.V. Looking for accountant Assistant
Responsibility/Activities:
1. Input daily exchange rate and send email;
2. Cash payment and bank payment
3. All accounting bookkeeping, including AP, AR, GL
4. Arrange weekly payment back to HQ every Wednesday and Friday;
5. Make credit notes
6. Monthly closing
7. Monthly finance reports delivery on 4th and 6th of each month, including IS&BS&GL reconciliation, LCM, bad debts etc.
8. Approve shipment releases
9. Sign workflow for shipment release, payment request, credit application, customer rebate
10. Sign triangle trade PI and bookkeeping invoices of triangle trade;
11. Taxation issues: Prepare VAT report, check yearly corporate income tax tec.
12. Insurances: track insurances renewal data, monthly report and credit application etc.
13. Prepare documents for audits
14. Office assistant works
PROFILE:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 -3 years of working experience in accounting is preferred
- Accurate, proactive, eager to learn
-Team player, dedicated to get the job done, able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Dutch language is an advantage
