求教：去荷兰面试给offer的几率如何？

今天收到email让我6月中旬去荷兰面试，没有直接说是interview，说是visit their lab，大家知道这个拿到offer的机会大吗？不过他们提供机票和在荷兰的费用，所以准备去申请一下签证。哪位大虾有经验指导一下，多谢多谢！

Thank you all for your opinions! What's the meaning of "strong background"? I am now typing my MSc thesis and my current research area is in nonlinear optics. Nine papers have been submitted to or accepted by international journals (but only one first author paper and eight co-auther papers) and several international conference papers. The subject I applied is in experimental solid state physics especially in the magneto optics and magneto-/spin dynamics. Could you give some advice? Thanks a lot!
