Documents to be submitted




Birth before 1 March 1996:
three documents required

1.Legalised ‘notarised certificate’ (#) stating: family name
given name(s)
date of birth
place of birth
father’s and mother’s names

2.Legalised and certified true copy of the document or documents upon which the notary based his statement concerning the person’s birth and the parents’ personal details. The documents accepted for this purpose are: the parents’ hukou (*) recording the person’s birth
a hospital certificate stating explicitly that it may be used to record the birth in the hukou register
a Public Security Bureau certificate stating the information required

3.Legalised and certified true copy of the person’s own updated and complete hukou (*).

具体见荷兰大使馆网站. 这样就更加糊涂了,所以除了出生证和新加的本人户口公证外,又加了什么啊?

另外还说,在7月31日之前,各荷兰使领馆还可以根据6月之前的规定执行...
In other words, until 31 July 2012, the embassy and consulates-general will still accept and legalise documents submitted by applicants for passports, MVVs, and visas in compliance with the regulations in force prior to the introduction of the new regulations.

谢谢楼主 但有个问题 比如去年出生证明被打回的 今天补交的话要根据旧的还是新的规定啊

”是什么东西……

改之前已经办好啦

还要出生证明。。。。已经不知道在哪的咋办。。
