学校问题求助，请大家支招

事情是这样的，我原定于今天参加Final Defense的，但是由于两个星期前我母亲突然中风了，所以我回去了中国照顾我的母亲（单亲家庭），由于走的很匆忙，到了国内我写信给了学校的Exam Community和我的Coach，告诉了他们我的情况，我要求通过Skype或者电话参加答辩，但是昨天他们拒绝了我的请求。下面是他们写给我的Rejection，

We checked your situation now. We understand that you had to go home due to illness of your mother.

As for your question how to come back on track, we suggest the following:
1. Register yourself in studielink.nl for fall 2012
2. Complete your final thesis
3. Have your defense by the end of fall 2012.


没有原因的Rejection，很奇怪。他们只告诉我接下来应该怎么做，我E-mail了我的Coach，他也没有理睬我。而且如果延长半年，我连Residence Permit都没有办理，所以根本就不能在Studielink再注册，而且我也没有钱再继续念半年。为什么这些荷兰鬼那么没同情心，我真的很不理解。我现在应该怎么办呢？在线等。
