Netherlands Lycamobile customers now get unlimited free minutes with every top up to call other Lycamobile (in The Netherlands). Free minutes are valid for 14 days from the date of top up and only valid during the promotional period. The promotion is valid from 01.06.2012 and valid until 30.06.2012. A fair usage policy of 5000 minutes will apply per customer per calendar month. Once the free minutes are finished or expired, calls from Lycamobile to Lycamobile will be charged at 0ct/min for the first 30 minutes with a start tariff of 24cts per call, and calls over 30 minutes will be charged at a rate of 15ct/min.

也就是说你只要6月充值，不仅可以享受充10送10，充20送20的优惠，还可以打电话免费（lyca to lyca）免接听费了。

现在不收接听费，这是这个月搞的活动，已经查过，确实接通费也没收

而且，信息也说了，是在free minutes用完之后，才会收接通费，所以真实打电话免费，当然是lyca to lyca
