发信问使馆探亲签证状态，回信是什么意思？

家人申请探亲签证，4月16号去签证的，昨天（19）号发信问签证是不是好了，今天收到以下邮件，不知道什么意思，有没有人有类似经验啊，真担心。

Dear Sir/Madam,
There is already result on your visa application.
Without further notice, the result of the visa application can be picked up in person every Friday afternoon or it will be send out by EMS postal service. www.ems.com.cn
Opening hours on working days for pick-up the results in person:
Friday             13.30 - 14.00

周五下午本人去取。

签的时候没有告诉你们什么时候取吗？还是你们选的邮寄啊？我父母周2去的，今天下午已经亲自去使馆拿到了，他们没有用邮寄的。

我们是选择EMS邮寄的，不知道什么时间能到，湖南。
其实我是想问他们签证是否通过了以便早买机票，因为最近机票好贵啊，结果他们的回答真是让人崩溃，只说有了结果……

应该是过了，一般不会为难老人家的啦。

邮件说没有后续通知，要么周五下午本人去取，要么就ems寄出来。
