公司实习机会. 实习的职位和所需要的技能:
Purposeof Position: To create high quality product descriptionssupporting eBusiness and Sales Team (EN,NE.CH).
To support the sales teams in creation ofcontract assortment based on business needs (Sales list).
To provide an effective and efficientservice to Sales Force users, continuously evaluating and suggestingimprovements for internal processes and workflows. PrimaryAccountabilities: Products Assist the Category Managers and inmanaging the day to day need of the products assortment.
Assist the Category Managers and PurchasingTeam in reviewing and rationalizing, phase-in, phase-out of localassortment.
Support the Category Managers in continuousimprovement of the data quality of ERP and Sales Data.
Setup of high quality product descriptionssupporting the Sales Team in offering products and services to the customers . RequiredSkills/Knowledge: HBO or High school diploma . One to two years experience and/ortraining. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)and preferable Dutch. Experience of working in a support or salesteam, administration, business operations or similar.
Knowledge of products and of the office productsindustry preferable.
PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook)
preferred. Communication; The ability and confidence to communicatewith colleagues across the business and to suppliers/external parties. Interpersonal skills/empathy; the abilityto understand people in order to gain cooperation and support and to enroll,and to be an effective team member.. Analytical and interpretative; looking atissues in a logical and objective manner and being able to identify key causesand potential solutions quickly.
