YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Forecasting & Planning specialist you are a key player in the supply chain. The main focus in this job is effective forecasting and planning of spare parts, accessories and some finished goods at the world wide ArjoHuntleigh Logistics Distribution Centre.
In your daily work you will be responsible for:
•
Forecasting and inventory planning of spare parts and finished goods and/or inventory planning of spare parts for the service-technicians vans
•
Operational replenishment tasks: Purchase order creation, confirmation, information follow up and maintaining operational relationships with our suppliers
•
Monitoring suppliers on performances such as, backorders, on time delivery and quality
•
Maintaining and improving logistics control parameters in the ERP system
•
Participation in projects to improve operational and logistical processes
You will be working at our office in Eersel where the Forecasting & Planning department is located.
YOUR PROFILE
•
Minimum Bachelor-level education or equivalent in a relevant field
•
Minimum 2 year’s experience in a similar position
•
Flexible, pro active and a motivated team player
•
Analytical, organizational and entrepreneurial skills
•
Proficient knowledge of ERP system and MS Office
•
Fluent Business English
•
Good communications skills
