You can call KVK first and they will tell you what documents you need to submit.
Normally to close a BV, you need to prepare
-decision of the board regarding closing the B.V.
- Administration (balance/ profit and loss account) or copy of bank statements of the B.V.,
- Copy of registration at the kvk
- KVK form 17
Once KVK accepts, you still need to report to Tax office to finalize tax issue.
So it's better you get a quotation from an accountant.
The total expense on our case is no more than EUR 1000.
