Logistics Assistant (Operation Dept.)

• Communicating with Sales/Supply chain to optimize the flow of goods
• Analyzing stock with Sales/Supply chain
• Generating stock flow report and forecast report
• Managing inventory for internal and external
• Processing purchasing order and monitoring shipment to forwarder
  
• Processing Sales order and monitoring shipment to customer
• Resolving complaints from factory vendor and customer
• Updating divers daily reports
• Other projects as assigned
  

Warehouse clerk (RMA Dept.)

• Able to lift 15 KG computer components.
• Possessing a drive license
• Receiving & verifying incoming goods and processing in system.
• Packing outbound shipment
• Preparing outbound document
• Communicating with carrier for daily shipment schedule.
• Maintaining warehouse facility
• Organizing warehouse facility
