The following supplementary documents should be submitted along
with this application
• a copy of the valid international travel document of the migrant’s
child showing his/her personal details and the expiry date of the
document;
• a copy of the birth certificate which has been legalised or provided
with an apostille;
• if the child in question is not the natural offspring of the highly
skilled migrant and his/her partner/spouse: a document that has
been legalised or provided with an apostille attesting to the fact that
they have parental responsibility for the child;
• if a parent who shares responsibility for the child is not coming to the
Netherlands: a copy of the valid international travel document and a
declaration of consent;
• a signed Declaration of Non-impediment (if the child is 15 or older at
the time of signing).
本人的出生和婚姻双认证已做，孩子的出生认证也已经做了。这里的 valid international travel document 指的是什么，在哪里做？
