RecruitingConsultant

Responsibilities:


•Develop new Clients and meet companies revenue targets

•Receive briefings and tasks from the Client.

•Manage the process of recruiting projects.

•Manage the researchers
•Search the candidate through the data base, websites or any other tools.

•Cold calling

•Contact and liaise with interested candidates and arrange interviews, conductinterviews

•Select the right candidates for the clients

•Prepare documentations for the clients

•Contact clients update recruiting process.

•Build up JW Grace’s data base


Qualifications:


Education, Experience & Training required:

Bachelor Degree or above, Master degree is preferred

-Minimum 4 year experience in recruitment industry is preferred, or experiencein Energy / IT / FMCG / Pharmaceutical Industry is also acceptable

-Excellent verbal and written communications skills in bothEnglish and Mandarin, as well as good telephone manners
-Good interview skills required.

-Experience with and high degree of comfort in making cold callsand communicating with senior level executives
-Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines
-Experience working in a team environment, able to partner with colleagues on aproject basis while also working independently
-Hardworking and be able to work under pressure

-Open minded and result oriented

-A persistent and actions-oriented person with a creative and analyticalthought process willing to be accountable
-A critical thinker with independent viewpoint and intellectually curious bynature
-A high level of integrity and innately understanding of the professional rigorand high standards associated with a client service business
