关于法学博士申请（麻烦诸位解答，谢谢！）

大家好，由于本人是新人，所以对很多东西都不甚了解，希望知道的站友解答，谢谢!
我的背景是：国内重点大学法学本科毕业，现在在美国康奈尔大学读LLM，预计明年5月毕业，尚无工作经验。
我有在读完LLM后去荷兰读法学博士（国际经济法方面）的打算，但是对荷兰法学博士的申请很不了解，所以有一些问题：
1.荷兰是否认可美国的法学硕士学历？我读完LLM后是否可以直接申请荷兰的法学博士？
2.荷兰的法学博士申请的要求和英美相比有什么不同吗（比如说语言、成绩、工作经验、研究经验等方面）？申请起来有多难呢？
3.荷兰的哪些大学在国际经济法方面比较好？分别有什么特色呢？

Yes. The university will check it when you apply. You might need a certified copy of diploma


2.荷兰的法学博士申请的要求和英美相比有什么不同吗（比如说语言、成绩、工作经验、研究经验等方面）？申请起来有多难呢？
It depends on the supervisor. In US, SJD applications are decided (mainly) by the university, but in the Netherlands, the supervisor has the decisive power. Some professors ask for a  good research proposal, but others don't. Anyways, it depends.

3.荷兰的哪些大学在国际经济法方面比较好？分别有什么特色呢？

There are only 8 Dutch universities with a law school (I list them in the end). You better check their websites, and find out which supervisor/professor you really like or feel better. Besides, Dutch universities or law schools do not have a ranking system like US or UK. Generally speaking, they are all quite good. Therefore choosing a good supervisor/professor is more important than a specific school. If I were you, I will try to find out who is the "big name" in the field and contact him/her. Good luck.
