今天赌窝给我来email，说我现在租的房子只能租1年，现在统计有意租最长5年的无家具的房子，我以为是传说中的廉租房，不过一看价格怎么那么贵啊！！！
Apartments
All rooms will have floor covering, wall covering and curtains. You will have to provide the inventory by yourself.
There will be 10 2-room apartments available for 2 persons with a surface area of app. 55 m2. Rent price including service fees app. 800 Euro. (Please check the attached file “plattegronden” to have an impression about the sizes of the rooms. (Plan A + C)
There will be 12 2-room apartments available for 2 persons with a surface area of app. 45 m2. Rent price including service fees app. 710 Euro. (Please check the attached file “plattegronden” to have an impression about the sizes of the rooms. (Plan B)
There will be 3 2-room apartments available for 2 persons with a surface area of app. 45 m2. Rent price including service fees app. 750 Euro. (Please check the attached file “plattegronden” to have an impression about the sizes of the rooms. (Plan B) These rooms are on the 3 Top floors and have a really great view!!
There will be 47 1-room apartments available for 1 person with a surface area of app. 30 m2. Rent price including service fees app. 630 Euro. (Please check the attached file “plattegronden” to have an impression about the sizes of the rooms. (Plan T1) These rooms are on the 3 Top floors and have a really great view!!

Conditions
There are some different regulations than your current contract:
- The room is non-furnished (no inventory). Only curtains, floor covering and the wall covering will be provided. You have to furnish/decorate the room by yourself;
- No kitchen inventory and bed linen will be provided by DUWO. You have to provide these by yourself;
- A new contract with new and different conditions will be issued; you will receive a contract for the maximum period of 5 years with a legal term of notice of one month.
- The rent price as mentioned above is including a limited amount of service charges (advanced payment). Every year, there is a calculation of the actual costs you used (such as the amount of water, energy etc. If you use more than you have paid in the rent price, you will have to pay these costs extra. If you have paid more than the actual costs, you will receive a refund of the difference;
- City taxes have to be paid by yourself (not included in the rent price);
- Internet connection has to be arranged by you. There is already a connection established with Lijbrandt company. You can arrange a contract with them.
- Your current contract will be terminated by the date you are moving. DUWO will charge a moving fee of 100 Euro.
