mvv申请表这几行怎么填？

Name and address of your host in the Netherlands

Has your host started the mvv-procedure for you with IND in the Netherlands

If not, who will pay the mvv-fees into the Dutch bankaccount of IND

Is your host an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, living in the Netherlands, not a Dutch citizen

需要填吗？或者只是把学校的名字和地址写上去就可以了？

申根签证的表和MVV申请表的不太一样啊，不过官网有个文件是ＭＶＶ的中文翻译版本，可以参考一下

要填的啊。。。。。。。。
name and address 就是你去的学校名和地址；
yes;
if not那项就不用填了；
no
