search year转KM 可以申请30%ruling么

如题，主要觉得30%ruling可以转驾照很好~~所以想请问大家这种searchyear转成KM合同的情况符合申请30%ruling的要求么~~

应该不可以的。

只有从国外申请过来的才可以申请 30%，也就是说要是你想保持连续性就要放弃，如果你想要30%，就要让公司帮你重新申请MVV，然后你从国内拿签证过来。

Unfortunately, if we graduate in this country, we are counted as "local graudates for the local market" with little chance for 30% ruling. I did hear exceptions but few succeeded. I tried and failed. But I think you can always take a shot and might get lucky.
