要去那边的city hall换居住证到底需要出生证明么？
发邮件问那边学校竟然回复我说，不需要birth certificate。。。
可是出生公证出生证明英语都一样啊。。。。
我是去交流的，就一学期。。。
哪位前辈给我解答一下。。。。。。

这种的行吗？tatement of Birth Certificate

It is to certify that Ms.___________, born on ________of _______1983, her father
is ____________, her mother is _______________, and her identity member is
____________________. Ms.___________ had initially registered her Hukou at our
office with her original birth certificate on _______of________1983. However, the
original birth certificate is not well kept due to the long time and could not be granted.
Therefore, we hereby issue this statement to replace the original birth certificate.   
It is hereby notified.

不过据说去面签的时候 也需要这个双认证原文件，是真的吗？？使馆那边也要原件的话，岂不是要办两份了啊╮(╯▽╰)╭

面签不需要双认证 直接带户口簿就行

去出生的医院问了下，不给开，只能开我妈妈某年某月某日在该医院生了个宝宝的证明。
PS:看了下小表妹的出生医学证明，就是绿色的那种，发现上面是没有本人姓名的，那有什么意义啊？
