我在 Avans hogeschool 的 Breda 校区读了半年的 IBMS，但是觉得不适合我自己，所以打算在今年 9 月份开始读 Information technology in business。
之前申请转专业一直很顺利，和 IT 部门的 Coordinator 谈的也不错。然后他说让我跟学校的 international office 谈，接着说你如果想的话，一些 IBMS 的期末考试你就不用去了。所以期末考试我就没有去，专心办转专业的手续（现在想想太傻了）。
然后我照 international office 的要求，在 studielink 上面 de-register 掉 IBMS，然后重新申请 IT 这个专业的 enrollment。他们说接着等消息就可以了。过了十几天，我看上面已经显示 enrolled 了，就订了机票回国了。以为全部都搞定了。
但是今天突然收到一封邮件，内容如下。
Dear student, just to remind you:
You have registered yourself for our 4 year English Bachelor program Information Technology to start per September 2011. Unfortunately, due to a very limited number of participants this
program will not start in September 2011.
Despite this decision the Academy of ICT & Business of Avans University of Applied Sciences will continue its international ambitions, however in a different way.
We will focus ourselves on developing double degree and single degree programs.
This will provide you with the possibility to finish your Information Technology education with us in the future for your last phase of your education.
Do not forget to de-register yourself by means of studielink or ask your agent in case your registration was handled by an agent.
Could you please let us know what your next step will be as we are aware that this decision has large consequences for you.
当时我就吓到了。这是什么个情况。下面是我的 studielink 上面的状况。

所以看起来没办法在 Avans 读 IT 了，而且我还傻乎乎地缺席了期末考试。现在有点不知道该怎么办好了。
因为其他学校的申请截止日期最迟是 6 月初，IBMS 我也不能继续读了。现在可能只有两个选择，转生物专业或者 Financial & control。
所以想问一下大家，有没有其他的办法让我在荷兰读 IT 专业（我高中毕业），或者现在再转读 Avans 的 financial & control 专业值得么？
还有是我已经被 enrolled 了，如果实在没办法得回国，能否追究学校的责任呢？
