请教网上预约签证的事宜

在大使馆在线预约签证，试了好几次，都无法成功提交，页面刷新后都显示：
You can not make more than one appointment for the same person and the same purpose. If the appointment replaces a prior appointment, please indicate the one that should be cancelled ##. If not, all your appointments will be cancelled without notice.
我也不知道问题在哪儿，还请预约成功的同学指点一下吧。谢谢！

我点的是8.9早上十点十分的绿色的格子，Visa Type: MVV, date of departure我选的是8.18，最后一栏## Prior appointment to cancel 我没选，是系统默认的2011.1.1。

呃，没有人知道么？

试试换成IE的浏览器，再换个上班的时间，如果不行就直接发邮件到大使馆预约，说一下问题，他们那个系统有时候就是不好使
