出生双认证到底是个神马情况？

说是现在不仅要出生公证的双认证，还需要源文件（就是出生时医院开的证明）的双认证，是这样吗？求最权威的解答啊。
目前我就只办了出生证明的双认证，源文件那个真的必须要弄吗？

我也在迷惑这个问题。下面是我找到的我认为最权威的解释了

What are notarised certificates? Where can I legalise my notarised certificates?                                       
Foreign documents, such as birth certificates, marriage licencesetc. can only be used in administrative procedures in theNetherlands after legalisation of the document by the Ministry ofForeign affairs in the country of origin, followed by thelegalisation by the Netherlands Embassy in that same country. InChina, local authorities require that a Notary makes a certificate,based on a Chinese official document. It is the NotarialCertificate that is legalised. For Dutch procedures, the notarymust also make a “certified copy” of the Chinese document he usedas reference for the notarial certificate. The certified copy mustalso be legalised!

我觉得这里说的 “Chinese official document” 就是所谓的源文件。

PS：我不懂荷兰语，估计IND的网站有权威的荷兰语的信息，无奈啊。

应该都需要双认证。

我到现在也没弄明白这个源文件是谁翻译出来的。。。
关键不是去大使馆领签证或者认证，关键是如果到荷兰以后才被告诉需要这么个东西，再办，岂不是很麻烦

双认证就只有到市政厅登记的时候才会用到 到了市政厅注册以后 才能拿到BSN number
有了BSN  银行才会激活你的账户 才能取钱存钱 而且有了BSN才能合法打工
但感觉市政厅的人也就随便看一下
有人去注册登记的时候 说都不需要看双认证 但最好还是带上吧

我不注册可以吗我不要打工了 我也不要他们的银行帐户了 总行了吧

或者好像可以过去以后由国内家人补办？据说6个月内不会遣返吧……  研究这个研究到头都大了。我们96年以前的没有医学出生证明又不是我们的错，平白这么给折腾……反正我也没有源文件，最源的就是现在学校出的证明了，爱认不认吧……
