go to city hall to fill in a form called M60, probably? i forgot, and then hand it up, waiting around 6 weeks for approval (city hall will send this form to IND and police to check ur background), if it's approved, u'll get a phone call from the city hall for making an appointment. this appointment is signing for the marriage declareation. further process, u'd better go to ur local city hall to ask. |
