Every year the salary criteria for highly skilled migrants are adjusted after indexation. For 2011 the gross salary criteria are determined as follows:
• EUR 50.619 if the highly skilled migrant is 30 years or older.
• EUR 37.121 if the individual is under the age of 30.
• EUR 26.605 if the individual is recently graduated in The Netherlands.
The salary criteria for a work permit for key personnel as required by the Dutch Employment authorities are the same as the salary criteria for highly skilled migrants 30 years or older.
