belinda今天才回我的e－mail，如果我都邮件寄过去，在你们圣诞假结束，她收到了我的材料，还有多大的希望。（我真的不想放弃这次机会，因为明年暑假可能就不会去了），她给了我几个表，有入学注册表，还有银行证明，别的公证先不办行吗？我就只管准备这两个，还要邮那个3000欧吗？她没说。以下是她的回信（太慢了），我真怕我再怎么努力都被她耽误了（而且现在又不是旺季，1月启动还要4周吗？）
To be honest I do not think we can arrange that you will actually be
here before February 1st 2005. I wish I could tell you differently
because we really are interested in having you as a student of our
Program. Another aspect is that you will be the only international
student starting at this date, maybe you do not feel this is a problem
but I just feel I should tell you this.

As attach I wrote you all the arrangements that need to be taken care
off in order to obtain your visa.
The Bankstatement is really important. Last year we had some trouble
with the cooperation of the chinese banks because they left out title
of
the employee or date of the bankletter.

As you can see there are a lot of arrangements to take care off. I
assume you already have the NESO certificate right?
Our University closes next week. But I am only working from today till
Thursday!

赶紧去办这些材料，办完了马上用传真的方式给Jaarsma，然后打个电话提醒她你已经把材料传真过去了。

It doesn’t matter who you write to, these e-mails are forwarded to me (Admission Office) and I don’t know how to explain it to you more clearly. I have told you quit a few times already, the programme (Telematics) doesn’t start until September 2005 and you can not register in spring.
I am sorry but I hope you understand there is nothing we can do about it.
