关于荷兰工作的问题

想请问下各位老大，如果我在荷兰找到了工作，而我的ID到期了 改怎么办？ 公司会帮我续ID吗？还是需要申请什么的，另外提一下我的假设是工资没有达到KM工资线标准的普通工作。我今天问我实习单位的BOSS的时候他说工作我愿意的话可以在这里干下去，但是permission什么的很难拿到，我不知道那是什么permission。。。我以前一直有误区 以为在这边找到工作就可以直接拿到新的签证或者ID 让我可以待的更久 。

if ur company would like to pay u IND required salary, ur company can easily apply for u permission to stay. if ur company cannot pay such a lot, lower than the required salary, ur company cannot apply for u resident permit. It's just about the money and this process is a lot easier and faster. If ur company cannot pay such a lot, but still really would like to hire u, then he can try to apply working permit for u from UWV. the company has to call UWV to ask about the procedure. (somehow is like, the company has to post advertising on UWV europe webpage for 5 weeks. at the end, the company has to prove that u're the only one who is the best suitable for this job. With the approval from UWV u can apply for ur ID at IND)

你是应届毕业生，可以用26000的那个标准啊，度假金，13个月工资，车费什么的都能算进去的。
你可以去商量看看。
