【求助】请问我的offer（2004）telematics

请问我的这个明年春天能注册吗？我工作不太喜欢，想去荷兰继续读书！master of telematics  

由于学费明年要涨 ，所以想算今年的注册。

请各位前辈帮忙 多谢！

Did u get an offer now? I do not think that we have program start from Spring. Maybe you can try to contact with university. But I think the chance that you can register is very small. Dutch people are very clever in money issue.

I wish you can come here. In that way, I can find somebody study with me. I am lonely, just one Chinese study telematics this year. Hope you can achieve it. Jia You Jia You!!!

the tuition fee is set by the university, not by the programme.

Since you are not a student now the system will register you as a student for the first time in 2005-2006.

And automatically they will charge you 8150 Euro.

But give me more details:

what are you doing at the moment? In China? working or studying? Graduated?

did we already give you admission?

if we admit you what time could you start?

No hopes, just if I am completely informed I maybe get a idea, not at the moment

我有offer 3月份给我的 5月底又给了一次（学费降低）。

what do you mean by the relationship with "Tong xin"? What is your definition about "tong xin"? Telematics or Telecommunication? If you are interested in the contents, you can go to http://tel.graduate.utwente.nl/ and have a look. The courses are more focused on the networks, but not too much about the hardware. If u are interested in the hardware, you can apply for the program in EE named Telecommunication.

Furthermore, now the courses are given in 4 quaters 1 year. The next quater will start I think the next January. If you do not have the passport and visa yet, I think maybe you can not catch that quarter

it is interested that you got the offer but you did not come in Sept, but would like to come now. Jan did not know you?
