我从去年就开始准备雅思
10月的时候考了6.5分，听力8，阅读6.5，写作6.5，口语5.5
我连续考了5次，口语都是悲催的5.5，期间阅读还得过7.5的。。。反正就是口语一项过不了关
我10月的时候问中介，能不能发邮件要求豁免，中介说网上的系统分数不能提交。于是我又去考了2次雅思，还是失败了。
直到这个月，我上网看见很多小分不合格的人都拿到了offer，我就催促我的中介给我发个纸质的邮件去问下
结果收到了这样的邮件
Thank you for your request for admission to the 3-year Bachelor degree programme International Bachelor Economics and Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. We will handle your application for this programme, which commences in September 2011.
Diploma/Entrance requirements/examinations
With your diploma (Senior Middle School plus Gaokao – obtained in 2008) admission is, in principle, possible to a degree programme at a Dutch university. Additional entrance requirements are: a sufficient knowledge of the English language and competence in Mathematics.
English: On the basis of your IELTS result (score: 6.5) you are not exempted from the English test.
The IBEB-programme requires a minimum score of 6.0 with no sub-scores below 6.0. At the moment you have an insufficient sub-score in ‘speaking’. You will need to submit a new IELTS test result with no subscore below 6.0.
Mathematics: For mathematics you need to pass the faculty entrance test with a minimum score of 6. For participation in this test please contact the IBEB-office: ibeb@ese.eur.nl. Note: You are not automatically granted a study place after you have passed the math examination!
Selection Procedure
To participate in the selection procedure, you need to take the following steps:
1. You need to register with Studielink. You have already registered. Thank you.
2. You must submit a letter expressing your personal motivation for studying International Bachelor Economics and Business Economics at Erasmus University and submit an end-of-
year report. Your letter and list of marks/transcript have been received and forwarded to the faculty. Thank you.
为什么啊。。。为什么大家都豁免了可eur还要我去考啊？

现在中介要我先准备数学考试，说要是数学考得好，就可能豁免
