关于proof of good conduct

请问大家有谁办过荷兰的贷款吗?

现要办助学贷款，学校要求提供：
                                                 proof of good conduct
                                                 Bank account statement of private account (Max. 3 Month)
                                                 Signed statement from parents about financial behavior.
我有很多疑惑，想请教大家：

proof of good conduct 是不是就是“无犯罪证明”，先到公安局开，然后翻译公证？

Bank account statement of private account 是不是就是我自己的银行账户的最近3个月的收支情况

signed statement from parents about financial behavior 是父母的financial behavior 还是我的behavior？
