永久居留问题（感谢进来答复的所有朋友）

学生在荷兰待够5年，如果不办KM居留而是让餐馆办劳工居留是否可以申请永久居留？（如果通过荷兰语考试的话）

现在荷兰好像没有这种劳工拘留了吧！都是办理km,而且办理km会比较省事和快些！

餐馆也可以给办KM的，好像花几千块去申请一个KM code就可以了。

yes, via restaurant u can also apply for KM. Yet IND can hardly believe ur skill. I mean, who is gonna graduate from HBO or Uni to work in a restaurant. It's difficult to get permission. To answer about ur another question, yes, if u have already been in NL for 5 years, constant, no gap, u can apply for "onbepaalde tijd", but u need to have a min. one year contract. Based on this, IND can consider about ur application.
