Despite the quite good performance during her undergraduate studies and her recent professional experience, candidate can not be admitted to our MSc degree programme Educational Science and Technology (EST), specialisation Educational Management, Evaluation and Assessment (EMEA) directly and unconditionally.
- Candidate lacks sufficient domain-specific (Educational Science / EMEA) academic knowledge, and lacks as well prior basic competencies in quantitative social science research methodologies and techniques, and social science statistics (SPSS)
- Hence, she first has to complete the full version of our bridging / pre-master’s programme (i.e. 1 academic year = 60 European credits /EC's)

Candidate needs to be aware that pre-M trajectories are NOT sponsored by fellowships programmes.(scholarships)
Candidate also needs to take into account that a 1-year full-time study implies a budget of approximately 21,000 - 25,000 Euro (including tuition, travel and residence costs) [Note: see also the attached budget breakdown]
However, upon successful and excellent completion of her pre-M trajectory, the University of Twente will nominate candidate for a sponsorship from the University of Twente Scholarships programme (UTS).
Candidate is kindly invited to inform us before 15 March whether she is willing or will be able to enroll in our pre-M programme per 1 September 2011.
