What you need for a homebirth

1 flash light

2 buckets

2 bin bags

2 disposable cellulose mattresses large

10 steriel gauzes 10/10

1 sterile umbilicalcord clamp

nightie / pyjamas

a small suitcase containing insurance papers, toiletries and photo camera in case you

have to go to the hospital

What do you need for a hospital birth?

1 pare of large fitted clothes (for yourself))

large T-shirt

2 pyjamas/dressing gown

± 5 underwear

slippers

toiletries

Insurance papers

if necessary: hospital stickers (contact your local hospital))

mobile phone

Telephone numbers

1 pare of baby clothes (also a hat and coat)

Photo camera

first car seat

change for paid parking, “chipknip”

You can borrow from homecare (three weeks before due-date):

1 bedpan

bed supports

plastic sheet (you have to buy). The sheet is also included in the home delivery box.

    吸奶器，之前就一直考虑买手动的还是电动的，后来还是图便宜买了手动的，月子里累得手疼，用了几天就赶紧买电动的，这个吸奶方便多了，在网上看好多，买了个最便宜的，69元，地址 http://www.kedooo.net/hot.asp?i=1300-11 很好用，不一会儿就吸100多ML，呵呵，当时还怕不好用~~

我同事生完孩子就穿的这个，肚子真的小好多啊！之不过她买的50多，我买的33一件，结果拿到手一看，质量是一样的，牌子不一样，说是婷美的，我想80%是假的，店里都卖好贵~~地址 http://www.kedooo.net/hot.asp?i=1300-11 别看便宜，看着很小，但穿上身一点也不感觉勒，挺舒服的~

2 mattress covers ( unnecessary in combination with an “Aerosleep” mattress)

1 firm mattress 8 cm thick not to soft (Don’t use plastic protection sheets)

12 cotton diapers (they are used as towel for the baby)

1 or 2 packets disposable nappies

47个人看，没有回复，没有小红花。看来这个信息没啥用。

呵呵，我觉得最有用的是咱们中国妈妈在荷兰坐月子的那份儿，毕竟外国人跟中国人的习惯什么的不太一样，不是打击你哈，纯属个人意见。

我觉得有些时候有些事情是需要入乡随俗的。对于荷兰文不好的妈妈们英文版的会看得更方便一点。
本身也不是贴出来卖钱的，所以谈不上打击。
没用的话就请斑竹给它删了吧。

有用是很有用，但如你所说的“对于荷兰文不好的妈妈们”的，那么将英荷版都帖上来，那会更有用。
到商店，可以直接拿着这个List找，毕竟商店里的东西都用荷兰文标示。

还是鼓励一个， 有用的有用的。 我正打算今天晚上就给我家那位看看呢。
