学期中途退学，还要缴学费？

在HU读预科，9月底开学，12月开始放假到1月回来。然后提出退学。
校方仍然要求我支付下半年的学费（5500欧）

这样合理吗？
我检查了合约，没有提及退学费用方面的事项。
郁闷中。。..感觉是变相逼我留在学校继续读..

这个下半年学费具体是几月到几月的？

我们学校是要退的，剩下月份的钱会退给你的。

下半年是从2月1日开始到6月30日 。
顺便一提，上半年是9月27日到1月30日。
但其实。。12月中到1月底都在放假。

生活费是还的，但学费还是要缴。
我是觉得学费这部分非常不公平

- 沒付麼， 就直接走人好了， 又不用理他的。

那就不应该交，你和学校理论了吗？他们让你交的理由是什么那？

校方理由是当初我们签订了合同是一年的。。
入学前有个要签字的玩意。我翻看过了。。条款如下。。

Confirmation Form

I declare that I will definitely attend the Foundation Year programme at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht in the academic year 2010-11[1].
By signing this confirmation form I confirm that at least 50% (€ 5.500,-) of the tuition fee will be paid before the start of the academic course[2]. After my application has been accepted and HU has received my confirmation, I will receive an invoice for half the tuition fee.

[1]I understand that the course may be cancelled in case of an insufficient number of participants. I will receive definitive word on whether the course will proceed as planned no later than July 1st.


[2] I understand that my confirmation form is only valid after my application form has been accepted.

这个。。他们完全可以上诉的。。..到时候更麻烦..

你和学校说退学，是说只是口头的，还是你有OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION证明Feb 1st以前你已经不是这个学校的学生了呢？
