公派博士的配偶能否过来陪读？

记得去年看的新闻是包括荷兰在内的几个国家，被什么法院判决取消家庭团聚的最低收入标准限制，说是不合法来着？

公派博士的配偶有工作许可吗？

这个可以有！

现在的政策是你的工资税后（税前1538）必须超过1275欧一个月，公派差75欧一个月，这75+欧必须另外找。而且现在IND好像不接受存款证明的方式了。

  那按照楼上的说法，公派博士的配偶还是不能团聚啊，唉！

我写了封信问了 TU Delft CICAT 的一个人，她是这样答复我申请家庭团聚的疑问的，希望对大家有用：

Thanks for your email. You are right that for bringing a partner to the Netherlands there are special rules. I will explain it to you.
- First of all there is an income needed of 1438 euro (at this moment). These amounts change every 3-4 month so maybe in June it could be around 1460. You will receive a scholarship of 1200 and an additional allowance from TUDelft of 50 euro a month; this means that you still need around 200 euro a month extra. This can be proved by a bank statement (from your bank in China). You should have enough money in your bank account for 1 year: around 2400 euro.
- As soon as you have your marriage certificate it should be legalized by the Netherlands Embassy and you also will need an English translation of the marriage certificate. I need these documents for the visa application.

楼上的收到的回复的意思是差多少只要银行存款能补足一年的就可以，可是之前又看到说要用银行存款来担保的话必须是存款利息，到底存款可以吗？
还有， 这个1460欧现在的规定是税前收入，但是我们CSC的1200是不交税的阿，要是算成税前收入肯定比1460多，这个要怎么开证明呢？IND会认同吗？

是的啊，现在工资涨了，还是没达到那个要求，申请过的来说下就好了

csc可以办配偶陪读。 上面TU Delft CICAT 的回信写的很清楚了。你只需要提供一个存款证明，说明你有能力补足差额就可以。现在是2400欧。按汇率换成人民币，存在银行，然后让银行开张英文的存款证明。一般银行都有这个业务，可能会收几十块钱的手续费。为防止汇率波动，可以稍微多存一点。
银行开存款证明的时候会冻结这笔钱。一般冻结一天能开出证明就可以。这个时间自己把握吧。

还有配偶过来是有工作许可，可以工作的。
