如何办理KM / Work permit?

找到份工作，老板说需要办理KM或者是work permit，翻了下帖子，还是不得要领。

基本情况如下：

8月26号答辩毕业（硕士） --> 9月28号拿到口头offer，期间在9月7号去IND申请了search year ID。

据老板说合同并不是和公司签 而是通过一个合同中介公司 叫Randstad，还叫我自己去搞一下work permit方面的事。。。

现在的问题是如何办理KM呢？我自己需要做什么？公司需要做什么？什么时候能正式开工？

求好心人给个step123吧，多谢。。。

IND电话打了一天 没人接 无语了

打通了 说是需要公司联系IND。。。有同经历的人么 出来说说

sorry, cannot type chinese. first u've to ask Randstad whether they've a code by IND. only the company with the code can apply non-EU person for KM. if Randstad doesn't have this code, u should go to IND webpage to download a form and let Randstad fill it in. and then hand up this form and the requirements stating in the form to IND for application for this code. if Randstad has the code, u've to hand up contract, diploma, copy of ur passport and ur ID card and the application form for changing the purpose of stay. sorry for my poor ENG and i hope that i explain it clearly.

因为randstad以前也hire过中国人 所以code应该不是问题。 现在楼上的意思是我现在需要交"contract, diploma, copy of ur passport and ur ID card and the application form"到IND就行了？公司什么都不用干？ 照常理来说公司也要递份材料啥的吧，，，

还有就是耗时会有多久？从递材料到最后拿到KM ID两个月能搞定吧
