Dismissal has all kind of reasons, the compensation amount is largely decided by the reason of being laid off.
there is a formula of calculating the compensation A*B*C
A = your month salary
B = years you’ve been serving your company/2
C = dismissal reason
The C number can be big, can be small. Just imagine if your salary is 4,000 per month and you’ve been working for 5.5 years.
4,000*5.5/2=11,000, if the dismissal reason is due to company’s fault, C can be very big. Which I recommend you to get contact with an employment lawyer. |
