博士住房

不好意思把这个帖子发在博士专区里。可是我是想知道博士初到荷兰都是怎么找房子的。因为可能博士都是拖家带口，希望租一个独立的studio或者小公寓。可是好像这样的房子很少。我想请问一下这样的房源一般要到什么地方去找。谢谢。

not,比如这种房子在delft就很难找,到den haag 就容易多了. 可以考虑住在大城市

那一般是找中介找呢？还是自己找？如果是自己找，什么网站比较好。还有就是学校介绍的房子好吗？

请问楼主是准备在哪个城市找房？

我在Rotterdam找，请问有什么好方法吗？

去中介费用很贵，一般都是要一个月的房租的中介费，而且也难免要排队，等一两个星期还好，如果要三五个星期你要怎么办？
不如找个朋友在那边先帮你订一套好啦！应该不算难找，只是公寓可能位置偏僻些
一定要说好几个人，好报户口

I will start my PHD program in Delft at the end of this year. I plan to bring my wife to Netherlands. So I have similiar problems as you do. The secratary in Delft told me that the university would be in charge of housing for me via agency (Duwo) if I sign the form that entitle the university of doing so. However, I have to inform the university of the date of our arrival in advance of three months. My idea on this is firstly to rent a house via the agency, and then, seek the more appriciable one after arriving at Netherlands.

最大的问题是看房子不方便。托了学校的中介找房子，但是一直没有回音，再说我总觉得学校出的价钱有点高了。
