急问，有关市政厅的税

我在2008年10月从一个中国学生那里转租了DUWO的房子， 然后11月在市政厅注册了地址， 2009 年1月份搬出了那个地方
之后的一年我待在德国， 就没有管地址的事情。现在收到市政厅的信，让我补交2009 年的税 ， 有300 多欧 。
我想请问的是， 如果是DUWO 安排的房子他们不是应该帮忙付税的吗 ？ 虽然我不是房东， 但是合同上说可以报2个人的地址啊
难道另一个人就要另外交税吗 ？ 关键是2009年我根本就没在那个地方住， 我觉得这样好亏哦。
请问朋友们有没有什么建议的， 就是去跟市政厅解释， 我不想交这个税  

是HES 的学生公寓， 有间卧室，厨房和卫浴， 跟DUWO签合同的不是我， DUWO也不知道我在那短住了段时间。
那像我这种情况怎么办？

市政厅不管你的住房合同的。只要你1月1号是在那里注册的，你就得交councile tax。这个没办法。要是该地址上没有别人注册的话，你就得交全额。还是赶紧交了再说，否则每催一次，金额就会上涨一些，到最后涨到一两千都有可能。

Same story happened to me last year.
After moving out to another place, I got letter from city hall and was asked to pay tax.
I called and explained to city hall that I already moved to other city.
They said because I'm the only one registered at this address that's why they sent me the letter to pay tax.
They suggest me to pay first in case of fine occurred and write an official letter to explain the situation.
Quite soon, they sent me notice to return the paid amount.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I have a question , after you moved to the other city , did you change your address immediately?
Because even i moved to the other place, i still registered in that address, that's why they sent me the bill.

I didn't deregister from the old city hall.  
But i did register at city hall in new city right after moving in.
In the beginning, i thought their system should be connected. But it seems, even i registered somewhere else, my name still shown in the old place. So always deregister once moving to other place.

But luckily, they accepted my explanation.

如同LS所说的那样，我觉得LZ可以考虑将你在德国呆的时间的证明显示给市政厅，附上合理的解释说明，并且可以试着联系德国的相关机构，是不是也叫市政厅我不清楚，看看他们能否给你出示在德国居住的证明，一同附上给市政厅，也许可以说的通。
