pls help me, it's hard to get through IND hotline

the number 0900 1234561 is really difficult to get through.

My situation is that
My student ID would expire by the end of August. (31st.)
Now i am applying my work permit in Sweden, it would be ready in around 4 weeks.(by the mid of August) I can pick it up in Amsterdam.

The questions is that in Sept. my ID for netherlands is already expired and I am holding my work permit of Sweden.
With my work permit can i fly from Netherlands to Sweden??

you can directly go to IND office and ask

我个人觉得是可以。28天内离境属于合法离境，持有sweden的工作签证属于合法入境。不过我建议你最好问sweden驻荷使馆而不是IND。写信去问，可以打印出来随身携带，以免后患。顺便问一句，为什么不在ID过期之前离开呢？

可能工作证要9月下来 不想中间回国了
