Dear Mr. XXX,

I am writing to inform your that you visa application has been approved.
Please come to the consulate to pick it up with following documents:

--One completely filled in visa application form with attached one
picture
--Valid passport plus copy
--Hukou plus copy
--admission letter plus copy
--Mt'l health certificate
--Legalized birth certificate plus copy
--Legalized marriage certificate plus copy
--Visa Fee

Our Working time is from Monday to Thursday between 9:00am -11:30am.
