1. Position: Quality Engineer
Age limits (if any): 30 yrs minimum age
Job Duties:
• Develop the Quality and HSE System for the Wind Energy Centre
• Planning and coordination of quality assurance activities with internal team including meetings and action items.
• Managing of measuring and equipment calibrations
• Support of WEC-Team members regarding quality issues
• Managing all company related quality documents, records and safety procedures
• Preparation of documentation for accreditation by certified body according to ISO 17025 for Testing Laboratories.
• Facilitating internal and external Quality & HSE audits
• Control and continuous improvement of technical and commercial process and procedures
• Implementation of QM- and safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Intervention when guidelines/regulations, quality-relevant processes or objectives are not complied with
• Support analysis of near misses and failures.
• Cooperation during development of quality related technical services for customers
The selected candidate will follow a training program including overseas training during several weeks. The position offers a responsible function within a small team of engineers and support staff with good development opportunities.
Education and qualification required:
• University degree of engineering with basics in quality management and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment)
• Advanced English competence
Required experience:
1. Basic knowledge in quality management according ISO 9001 and safety management
2. Experienced in working with domestic and international customers, partners and suppliers
3. Good knowledge of project management in international working environment
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Desired experience:

2. Position Technical sales engineer
Age limits (if any): 30 yrs minimum age
Job Duties:
• Provide technical expertise to customer in early phase of blade test requests and technical service requests
• Support acquisition of new customer projects (blade tests and technical services related to wind turbine)
• Travel to visit potential customers in China and some outside China
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and problems
• Helping in development of customer-specific technical services and designing conceptual solutions
• Persuading clients that companies services fulfill their needs
• Calculating client quotations and engage in capacity planning of blade tests together with internal team
• Negotiation of sales activities and closing of contracts
• Marketing activities like wind exhibitions and client seminars
• Development and growth of long-term relationships with customers in the wind energy industry
• Training and preparation of support material for other members of the commercial team
The selected candidate will follow a training program from the internal engineering team as well as from 2-weeks overseas training. The position offers a responsible function within a small team of dedicated engineers and support staff with good development opportunities.
Education and qualification required:
University degree of engineering with mechanical background, e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Energy System Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with minor in Engineering. Specialization in wind turbine technology is a strong advantage.
Required experience:
1. Basic knowledge of mechanics and structural dynamics
2. Experience in working directly with customers
3. Basic knowledge of commercial and technical service process
4. Good knowledge of project management

• Calibration of test equipment
• Execution of tests according to standard working procedures
• Inspections of material damage on blades (visual and NDT)
• Analysis of measurement data
• Writing reports of test results and measurements

For our client, a specialist consultant in the wind energy sector we are searching for an IT Expert for our client’s office in Beijing.

Job Duties:
• Installation and configuration of hardware, software, network, telecom, security and cabling in the test centre
• Create and implement strategy for IT control of the test centre (access, storage, back-up)
• Assist engineers in configuring, troubleshooting software, hardware and technical applications during operations
• Maintain test centre IT equipment and support users
• Set-up of hardware and software for data acquisition of various engineering data
• Develop and evaluate the effectiveness of concepts for real-time data acquisition and signal processing
• Managing data acquisition, data analysis during test operation
