前辈帮忙看下这学费怎么算的，这么多！

我是拿到了萨克逊的通知书，因为要读两个月的预科，这是它给的学费表：
Your total package fee for the academic year 2010-2011 is: €  14,160  *

Tuition fee Preparatory Short Track                        €  2,700.-
Tuition fee Bachelor programme        €   7,200.-
Saxion Talent Scholarship                €   3,200.-

我想知道的是一年真的这么多的么？不是一般说10万以下就够了的么？
还是说这包括了担保费什么的？
我不是很了解这个，希望了解的前辈帮忙看下，很急啊！

一句话，够黑。MVV 960 resident permit 100, insurance 600，都比正常价格贵。

那一年就是这么多的么？好多啊，第二年会不会这么多？
