Neso China 关闭？

前两天看学校的校报英文版，谈到由于中国合作方的不合理要求，Neso 准备在五或六月关闭其在中国的办公室，将来如何继续运行还在研究中。

可是google了一下，没找到相关信息，neso网站上好像也没有相关信息。

……，不会吧，刚刚还收到邮件呢……

观望，中国消息肯定会滞后于国外的，但是lz说的消息还是非常preliminary的阶段，至少从国内看来

提醒大家啊~

Dear Student,

Hereby we wanted to inform you that the NESO office Beijing is closing starting from the 1st of June 2010. You might already have your NESO certificate by now but if not, please apply for it as soon as you can (if applicable) as delays are expected due this closure.

Neso Certificates will be issued by Nuffic in the Netherlands from June 1, 201020 Apr 2010

CSCSE-Nuffic Neso China will end its activities per June 1, 2010.
This means that after this date, the Neso Certificates will be issued by Nuffic in The Hague, the Netherlands.
Soon information will be disseminated on how students and recruiting agencies, which represent students in their application procedure, can submit their Neso Certificate application, after June 1.
Till the end of May 2010 applications can still be submitted to Neso China.

Nuffic and CSCSE end cooperation/Nuffic与CSCSE结束合作

Neso China will close on June 1, 2010
Nuffic and the CSCSE (Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange) have come to the mutual decision to terminate their cooperation in the Nuffic Netherlands Education Support Office (Nuffic Neso) in China, effective per 1 June 2010.

This means that the office of CSCSE-Nuffic Neso China will be closed from this date onwards.

Over the past nine years, the two organizations have enjoyed a highly productive partnership, aimed both at the positioning and generic promotion of Dutch higher education in China, and at other projects such as ‘Study in China’ and alumni activities.

Nuffic looks back on this period of cooperation with CSCSE and its joint achievements with great satisfaction. Having come to a point where the respective future aims of Nuffic and the CSCSE call for different sets of roles and activities, both organizations have decided to end their partnership.

New set-up

The Nuffic-CSCSE partnership formed the institutional foundation for the Nuffic Neso office in China.

Nuffic highly values Sino-Dutch higher education cooperation and aims to set up a representative office in China in the very near future

This means Nuffic investigates new options for setting up such an office in another framework. At present, Nuffic is looking into the prevailing rules and procedures in China in order to open this office on the shortest notice.

Untill that moment, a number of the activities of Neso China will be carried out from the head-office of Nuffic in The Hague, the Netherlands.

中国留学服务中心荷兰高等教育国际交流协会合作办公室将于2010年6月1日暂时停止运行



荷兰高等教育国际交流协会与中国留学服务中心共同决定于2010年6月1日结束双方的合作。

这将意味着中国留学服务中心荷兰高等教育国际交流协会合作办公室将于以上日期停止所有业务。



在过去的九年间，双方的合作卓有成效，在推广荷兰高等教育及其他特殊项目，如留学中国项目和荷兰在华校友会方面都取得了建设性的成果。



回顾过去九年的合作，荷兰高等教育国际交流协会对于双方努力所取得的成就感到满意。 鉴于双方在长期发展规划方面的差异，双方决定终止目前的合作关系。





后续规划



荷兰高等教育国际交流协会与中国留学服务中心的合作，为双方建立合作办公室奠定了良好的基础。

荷兰高等教育国际交流协会高度重视中荷教育领域的合作与交流，期望在尽量短的时间内重新设立其在中国的代表处。

也就是说，荷兰高等教育国际交流协会将会探讨新的合作模式，目前阶段正在深入了解中国的相关政策法规使办公室尽快重开。



在新办公室开始运作之前，Nuffic位于荷兰海牙的总部将负责处理Neso China现有的部分业务。
